Shipping

5 to 11 business days worldwide, with tracking. A flat rate is shown at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $150.

Returns

30 days from delivery, and you do not need to give a reason. We accept items that are new, opened or lightly used, and you do not need the original packaging or the tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and there is no restocking fee. We accept exchanges too. Email hello@hyssophome.com to start one.

Warranty

Every piece is covered for 12 months from delivery. If it arrives faulty or develops a fault in normal use within that year, email hello@hyssophome.com with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. We cover the shipping both ways. Accidental damage and misuse are not covered.
