Processing time
Orders placed before 2.00 PM Pacific Time are processed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is 5 to 11 business days from the order date, depending on your location. This covers 0 to 2 business days of handling plus 5 to 9 business days in transit.
Shipping rates
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: 9.99 USD flat rate, free on orders over 150 USD.
Germany and the European Union: 9.99 EUR flat rate, free on orders over 150 EUR.
Other international destinations: 19.99 EUR, or 24.99 USD for the rest of the world, free on orders over 150.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Address changes
Contact hello@hyssophome.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will resend it for the cost of new shipping.
International shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Carrier delays
Once a package is in transit, delivery times are outside of our control. If your tracking shows a problem, please contact the carrier directly using the link in your shipping confirmation.
