Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping is 7 to 14 business days from order date, depending on your location and product availability. Some items ship from our partner workshops in Asia and Europe and may take longer.

Shipping rates

Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Address changes

Contact care@hyssophome.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll resend it for the cost of new shipping.

International shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Carrier delays

Once a package is in transit, delivery times are outside of our control. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the link in your shipping confirmation.
