Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items.

Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging. You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email care@hyssophome.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. The cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at care@hyssophome.com with photos of the damage. If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing

We inspect returns within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
