About this piece
The Hemp Rope Tassel Pendant is a drum bound in tightly wound hemp rope with a deep fringe of cream cotton tassels at its lower edge. The rope is wrapped tightly enough that the body stays solid, and the light finds its way out through the fringe, breaking into warm vertical strands as it falls. That gives a softer edge than a plain shade, plus a little movement at the hem. Four diameters, five shapes, on an adjustable cord.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
