About this piece
The Mist Shard Pendant takes the form of a wide, flattened ellipse rather than a conventional dome, its mulberry paper drawn into fine horizontal ribs that run the whole circumference. Lit from within, the paper turns the LED into a soft, even wash with no visible source, and the ribbing gives the surface a quiet grain. It hangs low over a dining table or a kitchen island, where its broad profile reads as a floating disc. Available in two diameters.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
Is a bulb included?
This fixture takes an E26 or E27 bulb, sold separately, so you can choose your own brightness and colour temperature.
