About this piece
The White Rice Paper Table Lamp stacks three swelling paper lobes, each narrower than the one below, into a form closer to a gourd than a shade. Handmade rice paper is ribbed over a light frame and lifted clear of the surface on four fine iron legs. The paper itself becomes the light source, filling a room with warm diffused glow and no visible point of glare. It settles beside a sofa, on a low table or in a reading corner. Takes a warm E27 bulb and plugs straight in.
