About this piece
The Black Travertine Wall Lamp is cut as a plain cylinder of natural stone, its surface left open and pitted, the pores clear against the dark finish. A warm walnut backplate lifts the tube off the wall and breaks the black with a band of grain. Light leaves through the open ends only, washing the wall in soft cones while the stone body itself stays unlit. It works in a bedroom, a stairwell or by a doorway. Indoor use, in three heights with a warm white light.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard wall box, exactly like swapping out an existing fitting. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
