About this piece
The Alabaster Monty Pendant is a slender capsule of stone on a plain black cord. Each shade is cut from natural alabaster, so the veining and depth of colour shift from one piece to the next, and it is finished top and bottom with solid brass fittings. The stone glows softly from within, warm at 3000K and gentle enough to look at directly. Hung in a row above an island or singly beside a bed. Suits sloped ceilings, on an E12 or E14 base.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
