About this piece
The Ribbed Opal White Pendant wraps a rounded glass body in fine horizontal ridges from top to bottom. The frosted opal glass is thick enough to read as solid white when unlit and to glow evenly once switched on, the ribbing breaking the surface into faint bands of light. It gives a room a mild, even brightness with no glare from below. Three silhouettes are offered, a squat round panel, a lantern and a teardrop, all on an adjustable cord.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
Is a bulb included?
No, bulbs are sold separately, so you can choose your own brightness and colour temperature.
