The Shadow Rattan Pendant is a deep woven dome, handmade from natural rattan in an open cane weave that leaves the shade full of small gaps. It hangs from a bound rattan strap and a metal chain, a detail that keeps the whole piece honest to its material. Lit, the weave throws a freckled pattern of light and shadow across the ceiling and the walls around it. It belongs over a dining table or in a living room. E27 base, bulb not included.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
Is a bulb included?
No, bulbs are sold separately. This fixture takes an E27 bulb, so you can choose your own brightness and colour temperature.
