The Serene Halo Ceiling Lamp holds a shallow white drum just below the ceiling on a short brushed brass stem, so the fixture floats clear of the plaster instead of pressing flat against it. The body is iron, closed underneath by a full width acrylic diffuser. That diffuser spreads an even, glare free light right across a room, with three colour settings running from warm to cool. It suits bedrooms, landings and hallways where a hanging pendant would crowd the space.

Does it need an electrician to install?
It wires into a standard ceiling box, exactly like swapping out an existing light. Turn the power off at the breaker, connect the three wires, and mount it — most people do it themselves in about 20 minutes. If you would rather not, any electrician will have it up in a single visit.
